What can I say? I LOVE yoga! All I want to do is share it with anyone who wants to learn. My dedication to my personal practice has paid me back ten fold and I would love for others to experience the same benefits for themselves. Don’t be mistaken, the benefits are not limited to the physical body. Yes, you will notice increased strength and flexibility in your body but also in your mind. It seems that much of what is going on in our minds often manifests in our bodies. If you have a very stressful day you may notice knots in your neck and shoulders. The goal is to calm the mind (by using the breath) and move through the body so we can begin to untie some of the knots we carry in both our minds and our bodies. You will feel lighter, relaxed and much happier. I promise!
