Jennifer Repo has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years. Having been an avid runner all her life, she found that yoga was the perfect complement to tight hamstrings and a busy mind. She has been blessed with studying under amazing teachers including Bryan Kest, Annie Carpenter, Ally Hamilton and many more. Jennifer’s classes are sequenced so that students feel challenged yet leave feeling restored. While focusing on the breath as the anchor, students are encouraged to go within to experience a yoga practice unique to them, and to find space in each pose. Jennifer seeks to create a beautiful, fun environment for all to heal, breathe, and transform through the physical postures of yoga.
