I'm not a yoga teacher, I'm the guy with a big smile on his face that you pass on the street. That said, that smile wasn't always there. Brought up in business and caught up in the next deal, the appreciation for the simple things in life disappeared at a young age.

I've come to realize that while all of us were blessed with the one common ability, to breathe, somehow almost all of us manage to forget how to do so within the first our 20 years of life, and yet we don't even realize it. If it wasn't for a friend who dragged me into a class at Power Yoga back in 2011, there's a good chance that I wouldn't have found my breath nor my smile.

My time from 11:00am-12:30pm is how I show gratitude for what was introduced to me by a friend and further bestowed upon me by the incredible personalities at PY. What to expect: to sweat, to smile, to breathe and to leave, with more gratitude inside than you had when you came in.
