I come from a magical land called Colombia and want to invite you to practice the most ancient, sacred and powerful way to connect in harmony with your body mind, and soul. As we are equal and share the same condition, we can travel through the principles of Yoga as a Therapy. I welcome you to embrace your own reality, to trust your own experience with sensitivity and intimacy as you find the perfect Yoga, the one that is right for you as unique human being. I open the doors for an atmosphere that will help you to enhance your life in the most natural way, to find union with the universal energy and to remove avidya (incorrect knowledge), the root cause of the obstacles that prevent us from recognizing things as they really are.
Lastly I perceive all my students as my gurus, as my teachers, as light and energy to enhance and uplift the collective vibrations of all the manifesting forms of life in this wonderful paradise called Mother Earth.
I offer this practice with all my love and gratitude for all those great beings that have existed before us and have left their footprints for us to follow. I am grateful for the blessing of having the most unconditional and loving gurus Bryan Kest, Govindas, Jai Uttal, SN Goenka, Krishna Das, Mark Whitwell, Amma, and Neem Karoli Baba.
