Spinal Balancing

  • Left hand under left shoulder, push elbow straight
  • Right arm and left leg lift from the floor and extend away from the torso
  • Right palm turns in
  • Left hip turns down even with right hip
  • Extend limbs to the degree YOU feel comfortable
  • Length in torso being created by pulling right arm and left leg away from each other
  • Keep bottom arm straight and strong
  • Keep neck soft and if comfortable lift extended limbs a little higher
