

Total Resting Pose (Savasana)
- Lie flat on back with hands and feet relaxed and open
- If any tension in lower back, bend knees
- Close eyes and enjoy an alive, relaxed and sweetly fatigued body and a calm and peaceful mind
- Please stay here for 10 minutes or longer, so the body and mind can integrate and acclimate to all that just occurred
- Allow breathing to become natural
