  • Lie flat on back with hands and feet relaxed and open
  • If any tension in lower back, bend knees
  • Close eyes and enjoy an alive, relaxed and sweetly fatigued body and a calm and peaceful mind
  • Please stay here for 10 minutes or longer, so the body and mind can integrate and acclimate to all that just occurred
  • Allow breathing to become natural
